Suggest Remedy For Side Effects From Orion Diu

My name is Fida, 28 years old male from RWP, PK, i am suffering from HBP. Doctor recently changed my medicine to ORION DIU (olmesartan medoxomil + hydrochlorothiazide). i took two days, now i left them because i am feeling like i will fall down. my BP is normal. but the side effects i cant bare. i even cant go outside. i am very upset. what should i do. i hate medicine..
