Suggest Remedy For Sinus Drainage, Cough And Allergic Reactions

a few months ago i started having serious sinus drainage. my voice changed it became higher. i have to clear my throat constantly and sometimes I cough so much trying to clear it that i cough up huge amounts of clear thick mucus which is clear. I have tried over the counter stuff and it doesnt help. I have allergies and asthma. humidity makes it worse and hard to breath. any suggestions?

This is Allergic rhinosinusistis usually runs in families , associated with asthma and other allergic disorders.. you start on steroid with antihistaminic nasal spray like duonase nasal spray and oral Montelukast with levocetrizine combination once daily at night...
