Suggest Remedy For Skin Discoloration And Infection Above Left Ear Of An Infant

Hello DR Prasad, My Child 4 month old has a skin discoloration & some sort of skin infection right above the left ear. I have consulted a padetician earlier who suggested us Bactroban for 5 days ... Though I could find some improvement ....It continue to appear. Pls suggest doc...
