Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of skin irritation sunburn and pimples which is due to excessive exposure to sunlight. I would suggest you to wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. Don't pick or touch acne. Apply kojic acid cream on face. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. You can continue that medication as well for short term usage. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzyol peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids. Sometimes doctor may also prescribe antibiotics.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
