Suggest Remedy For Skin Pigmentations On The Nose

Hi I had a lot of sebaceous on my nose now for 3 years that won t go away its the same exact ones, I went to a doctor and they told me that my nose is scared for life and of I do lazer surgery on my nose, it will cause the pigmentation to turn very dark do to the nose being one of the most sensitive part of my body

Hi,

You seem to have seborrhoea.
It might induce hypermelanosis.
Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
Apply Retinoids acid gels at night daily on the area.
Tab. Isotretinoin daily may be taken for a long time.
