Suggest Remedy For Skin Sores That Open Up And Bleed
i have gotten skin sores on my face for years . they are painful , but often times feel better when they are opened up and really bleed . its like they are full of blood. than they crust over till they open agaian and bleed . they bleed several times before they finally heal.

Hi.
As per your case history of sores on face, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Avoid sun exposure to prevent worsening of lesions.
3. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
4. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and levocetrizine for itching.
If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
