Suggest Remedy For Skin Tears On The Penis

When I lived with my ex she would tell me to sit down when a pee, I accidently dipped my penis into the blue water. Now the foreskin on my penis got smaller so its hard for me to have sex or even pee. The skin sometimes tears when I pull it back to pee what do I do???

Hello,

As per your case history, you are having irritant dermatitis on penis.

My treatment advice is:
1. Avoid using soap or Dettol on that part.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like Levocetirizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral Fluconazole taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
