I fall asleep, but wake up a few hours later. Then after being up for an hour or so; go back to sleep and sleep for about 2 more hours. No problem falling asleep, it s staying asleep. That s the problem. Only getting approximately 4 to 5 hrs of sleep. Once in a while, I may get 6 straight hours. But that doesn t happen enough.
HI Well come to HMC Disturb sleep may be due to some functional condition like anxiety and depression and this is more related with the age and gender which is not given here, try to come out of stress, avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking perior to bed, try some exercise, meditation and yoga, every thing would be fine, (Advise and opinion may differ according to age and gender ) have a nice day
