Suggest Remedy For Sleep Troubles, Drowsiness And Nausea After Brain Surgery

Hi Dr...Good Morning..My Father has undergone a Brain Surgery recently. He is takling Eptoin 300 (100*3) at HOS. Troubel of sleep, drousyness, nausea...are concerns. Dr has suggested levipil 500 mg to replace Eptoin. However, levipil seems to be for partial seizure. Should we change the medicine. Pls suggest.
