Suggest Remedy For Sleeplessness And Pressure In Head

hi doctor .how r u.iam a female.my age is 40 and my problem is that iam not sleeping on night for 5 days.my body is burnig hot and my head is very strong like it is like some more weight is on my head and paining and i feel like a stone is in my head.what will i do doctor i cant able to move like this.please doctor?
