Suggest Remedy For Sleeplessness

my wife is residing with her son and she has become aloof once he leaves for school.she has having full of negative thoughts & not trusting anybody.Often tells no one showing affection towards her and myself being husband meeting her once in a week.SHE IS SUFFERING with sleeplessness.remedy pl.

I think she is having depressive disorder.
There are medicines which act as antidepressants like escitalopram or paroxetine.
Also there some sleep inducing agents like lorazepam or clonazepam.
However these are prescription medicines. Please consult a psychiatrist for further consultation.
