Suggest Remedy For Slight Cramping In The Right Leg

i am a female 23 years old.i have had a slight cramping on my right leg for over a week. at first it felt like a tiny pinch on the vein behind my leg. now it has at times cramped up my whole leg. it has been hurting everyday since about a week and a half. are there any major arteries or veins i should be concerned about on my right leg.
