Suggest Remedy For Slight Fever And Pain In Lower Right Lung

Age 31, 170 pounds. Slight fever every 4-5th night. Random pain near the bottom of my lower right lung, dehydration feeling even though I drink plenty of water, sometimes lower pain in intestines. Can t sleep. Get sick once every month because of the lack of sleep. Only happens towards midnight to 5am. Every night.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and I would like to suggest you to keep the record of body temperature this is the only way to come on some conclusion because this may not be a fever of course you might be feeling hot but your core temperature would be normal this is happens in some psychological condition, no need to worry about this, have a nice day.
