Suggest Remedy For Small Bump On Outer Lips Of Vagina

On thursday i found a small bump on the outer lips of my vagina, usually i can just pop them and theyll go away but i was on a roadtrip this weekend so i wasnt really thinking about it, but when I got home today it started to hurt a bit so I went to look at it and it's a now a m&m size purple/red bump. I'm 16, and a virgin. What could this bump be? And what should I do about it?
