Suggest Remedy For Small Cluster Of White Blisters In Labia Minora

hello! i ve been having slight issues with my left labia minora. monday i felt a little discomfort so i checked it out and saw a small cluster of white blister looking things..small patch about dime sized. tuesday they broke i guess i d say and today is a red raw patch. no pain except now with the rawness, no itch, no burn. little swollen at the scene though. last summer is had something similar but more severe due to dehydration, it was much worse with more sores and yeast infections, thrush..all that good stuff. is this sounding like a heat/humidity problem? or something simple like shaving?
