Suggest Remedy For Small Lumps Inside Vagina In Pregnancy

I'm just over 13 weeks pregnant and back to the week I conceived the baby I started to get small lumps on the inside of my vagina, a few at first and then more. Some just fall off but a few are slightly bigger, still only 1 or 2 mm in diametre.
I am 99% sure it cant be genital warts as I have been with my partner for 4 years, have NEVER had unprotected sex with any partners before him and neither has he before me. Could it be hormonal or could it be something else?
