Suggest Remedy For Small Pimple Like Growth On Finger Tip

I have tiny pimple or hive like things in a u shape on my finger. It is a very faint red and it went from being very raised to barely noticeable over the past 24 hours. There is no itching or pain, but it bothers me it is there and I believe a new oen appeared this afternoon on the next finger where they original could have touched. I just came back from a week out of state and it appeared during the drive home. What is it?

Hi

The type of ledion you have developed is suggestive of an allergic skin lesion .
It might gets lesion of urticarial rash or it might be a localised allergic reaction .
Contact with the leather or plastic handle of the vehicle can be the cause .
Even contact with certain chemicals or oils could have caused it ,
You can wear protective gloves .
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected area twice daily .
