Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

The bump on your lower lip may be mucocele. It is a cystic lesion arised from salivary glands after trauma. Due to blockage of duct the cyst develop. It contains mucous, that is why it is called mucocele. Many times it goes away by itself. Puncturing the cyst may give relief. If it relapses at same site, then surgical intervention may be done. Removal of the cyst under local anaesthesia may be done by surgeon. I hope you git my answer.
