Suggest Remedy For Smelly Vaginal Discharge

I'm have a really putrid smell coming from my vagina with a yellow colour discharge. it also itches a lot down there. It feels like the fluid has made my skin raw. There have also been additional symptoms of nausea and loose stools. Please can u help? i feel so gross! :-(
