With the right choice of medicines and avoidance of allergens like cold and dust , you can have your symptoms perfectly under control . I would prefer to start you on MDI (Formoterol + Budesonide) , MDI (Levosalbutamol + Ipratropium)with valved spacer device, antihistamines .(MDI stands for Metered Dose Inhaler) .These , in right dosing schedule, bring great relief. Also, u should do steam inhalation and warm saline gargle to clear your nose and throat .Do consult a physician in person and get yourself examined and treated in the right way.
