Suggest Remedy For Sneezing, Runny Nose And Irritated Head
Hey doctor I got the nose problem since the past two years, when I go to sleep I have to cover my head with blanket to prevent breathing cold air weather is summer, winter, springs or automn. When I breath cold I start to sneeze and have running nose, this air also affect the back of my head and also my forehead become irritated inside. I need your help

As mentioned in your history I can say you are mostly probably suffering from chronic allergy or chronic sinus infection. For this you can take some antibiotics after an expert opinion of your doctor with wikoryl or diominic-dca for sneezing and running nose. You can use montair-lc or allegra-m once daily for cronic allery. You can use steroidal nasal drops after an opinion of expert. Do steam inhalation at-least 4-5 times daily as it will help you.
