Suggest Remedy For Sneezing With Sore Nose

My nose has started to run on one side and sneezing alot . The inside of my nose is sore and crusty on the inside . I feel fine , except for the sneezing and running . Then it dries up and gets like almost cyrstal like in the inside. It has been like this for 4 days now .

The most common cause of acute nasal congestion, sneezing is the common cold or flu though these symptoms can occur with allergic rhinitis as well.

Treatment would involve the use of : (1)decongestants which may be used orally and topically to the nose
(2)oral antihistamines

These can often be found in combination eg zyrtec d, clariflu, allegra d
