Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be prurigo simplex most probably. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. It may be due to some cause like dust, insect, soap or else. Apply soothing lotion like calamine. Give her antihistaminics like Cetirizine daily at night. If needed, give oral steroids in tapering dose after visiting a doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
