Suggest Remedy For Sore Bump On Lower Leg Post A Hit

Hey. I hit my lower leg on a mental shelf earlier today, it s a little sore when you touch it but the pain has subsided. However there is a lump /lump in the spot where I hit it. Should I be concerned? What can I do to make this injury heal without going to the doctor?

Hi,
As there is bump at the site of hit without pain shows that there might be having hematoma i.e. local collection of blood producing bump.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.
Gradually blood will be absorbed.
Ok and take care.
