Suggest Remedy For Sore, Painful Back After Being Hit Against Rock

Yesterday I hit a rock (not hard) while rafting but enough that my right side of my back is really sore around the muscle under my rib. It only hurts when I try laying on my side or shifting. Is there anything I should do or just let it take its course?

I really appreciate your concern, even if this is the fracture of rib still nothing much can be done and it will be fine on its own no need to worry about, just manage the pain only hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
