Suggest Remedy For Sore, Swollen, Tender To Touch Stitches After Laparoscopy Surgery

after 2weeks my laparoscopy stitches have not disolved some of them are sore and swolen an tender to touch. Thought if i removed stitch might feel better. But when i lift them up the knot is to close to my skin to get to. Most of them have 3 or 4 knots and iv got maybe 2 or 3 knots out but cant do the last ones as they are too close to my skin. I cant cut the bottom side as its too far into my skin

Pain at the stitch site is concerning for infection. Please don.t try to manipulate the stitches yourself. Follow up with your physician to undergo a physical examination and assess the need for antibiotics.
