Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat After Oral Sex

A week ago, I gave a girl oral sex. I performed it on her for quite some time, and here I am a week later with a sore throat. It's extremely hard to swallow, and it feels like something is blocking my throat. When I look at my throat I see redness and a white substance of some sort, and now I'm afraid she might've given me an oral STD. She's had Chlamydia before, but it was treated and cleared up over 6 months ago. How would I know for sure if this is an STD, or just strep throat?

The most dirty part is human genitals and the female has got even worse of this kind may have bacteria and fungus of all kind, so looking to this sever infection of throat is very likely, now you can have Povidone iodine gargle, Tab Azithromycin 1 g state and 500 mg next day, if this treatment fails to respond then swab culture of throat would be necessary, take care (Comment:- Decency would be prime condition in coitus for safety purpose )
