Sore throat and nose block may be due to allergy or repeated viral infections or post nasal drip or anemia. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Use tablet Amoxicillin and Clauvulinic acid 625 mg for five days. If the symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
