Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Lumps

Hi I have a sore throat and a fever which started 24 hours ago. I keep getting a lump in the back of my throat and feel like there is something stuck there. Its not flu or a cold. This morning I felt a fairly large (6-7mm) yellow soft lump come out from the back of my throat, on one side, that side feels better now but the other side is still sore. It feels like there is another such lump stuck there and waiting to come out. Can you help diagnose this and recommend a treatment? Thanks

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have upper respiratory tract infection. Granular pharyngitis may leads to lumpy feeling. You should take a course of antibiotics. Azithromycin or amoxiclav can be useful. Warm saline water gargles are also useful. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
