Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Phelgm

I have an extremly sore throat and a really thick plemye/mucus all over my mouth. When I spit out the film it is redish/pink. I cant breath though my nose. I have a huge headache and all my joints hurts really bad. I slept for 12 hours but I can hardly keep my eyes open. Help...It hurts to swallow.

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute pharyngitis or tonsillitis or post nasal drip or bronchitis.

Avoid cool'drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet mucolyte twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
