Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat

I am 16, I partied last weekend. Binge drank from 10am to 2am everyday for 4 days (I don't get hangovers) I know this isn't legal but it happened. I never smoke, I smoked 10 grape cigars in 4 hours and on the 10th my throat started to hurt. It's been a week. I began with a sore throat and now I have no voice. I've partied for the last 3 days as well I've smoked cigars and other party favors. I began losing my voice yesterday and now today I can only whisper my voice is so gone. I have to go to a baby shower and a party tonight. Are there any recommendations on how I can get my voice back? I don't plan on smoking tonight.

Hello
These symptoms indicate acute inflammation of the larynx in the form of laryngitis.
The treatment is by use of anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics and salt water gargling.
Along with this voice rest has to be given for 3-4 days. Along with this you need to avoid smoking as in this case this appears to be the triggering cause.

Thank you
