Hi. This is a case of Follicular tonsillitis with gingivitis. You need to get admitted to the Hospital as you are unable to take anything orally for the last 4 days. You may go into complication of dehydration and septicemia. I would advise you to get admitted in the Hospital, get tests for blood, urine, kidney function, blood sugar and Urine tests along with the Throat Swab to be sent for gram staining and vulture sensitivity. This will help to determine the best antibiotic in future.
Intravenous fluids to correct dehydration and maintain electrolyte balance. Intravenous antibiotics and injectable anti-inflammatory medicines to come out of the preset problem and emergency.
