Suggest Remedy For Sore Vagina With Blemishes Or Moles

Hi i recently discovered a growth in the pubic hair area near my vagina, im not sure how i would describe it, its a little sore to touch but not sharp, and it looks an unusual shape (not perfectly circular) and is a bit shiney, i have a feeling its something bacterial, but it looks like the 'mole/blemis' has settled and im scared its a. serious, and b. here to stay. Additionally, i am studying abroad and won't be home until another 3 months, what should i do?
