Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Itching In Throat

HI, i have a cold right now it s been going on for over 3 days now. And i have sore troat and it itch so bad that i can t breathe sometimes , at that moment i have to take something or eat something like cought drop or food to make it go away . but it will come back in a little bit . it s always happen when i catch a cold. and it s seems like i can t breath and sleep at night . i have to take something i don t know what is it? thank you

Hi , Thank for asking to HCM.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory tract infection with allergy .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily &
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast tablet at night .

You will get relief .
