Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Pain In Penis

hello, today I took my 5 years old son to a consultant in regards to his willy. My sons foreskin only retracts fully one side, the other is fastened by tissue to the head of the penis, preventing the foreskin to pull back and can get red and sore. The consultant said that by pulling the foreskin back with force will encourage it to sort the problem out. he told me that my son will be sore afterwards and then forced my child's foreskin back with force. my son was doubled up with pain. I was horrified with his practice and left shaken and upset, my son traumatised and in lots of pain. please can you inform me on whether this was necessary and appropriated practice.
