Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Stinging In Vagina

yeah i have probles with sometimes my vagina feels abit stingy, it dont sting when i wee, and i dont have thrush i been tested, when i look i have large lump of skin that covers my vagina whole and when i touch that thats were the stinging comes from, so sex is painful as it gets touched when it goes in, is there any help for this?
