Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Swelling Around Foot

Yesterday I stepped in a hole and i Heard and felt a pop. I could not move or do anything because the pain was bad. Today my ankle to the outside and mostly to the back is swollen and bruised. It hurts really bad if I try to rotate or flex my foot forward. Also, when I put pressure on my heel it hurts. I don't know if I should go to the Dr. I have osteoarthritis and tendinitis as it is. Please help
