Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Swelling In The Labia Minora

I had sexual contact about 12 hours ago, and there was no genital contact. It was a bit sore and now my right labia minora part is swollen and looks a bit like a jelly fish. I recently had some spots on my labia majora and thought they were just ingrown hairs as I was shaving a lot and would always be able to pull hairs out of the spots and then they would heal.



Do I need to worry about this swelling? I've been putting ice on it and it seems to be coming down a bit. This has never happened before. It's uncomfortable to sit and walk. Please help.
