Suggest Remedy For Soreness And Tenderness In Nipples

Hi. I started going for sunbeds 2 months ago. The past couple of days my nipples have been feeling very sore and sensitive when I touch them its came to the stage it feels really uncomfortable. I don t know if this has anything to do with sunbeds ? I have also came out on spots on my forehead neck and chest? What could this be? X

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Sore and tender nipples are unlikely due to sunbeds.
It can be due to fibroadenosis or due to premenstrual changes.
White spots on the body are likely due to the sunbeds.
