Suggest Remedy For Soreness From Neck,down The Back And Arms

Yesterday I slipped and fell on the ice, falling backward but managed to turn my body slightly to one side to avoid hitting the back of my head. I felt a slight whiplash and pain on the side of my thigh. Today, I have soreness from the neck, down the back and arms. Wondering if it's anything more serious than just muscle pain?
