Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Groin Area

Hello. I recently had sex and my partner ejaculated inside of me. Pregnancy is not a concern, I am on Nuvaring. However, I left the semen inside me and if eventually started to drip out. After a while of walking around, I noticed my underwear was wet from having the semen come out of me and onto the panties. After two hours of walking with semen soaked undergarmets, the creases by my groin area between my thighs are red and burn, swollen and it is difficult to walk.What caused this ? How can I fix it?

it looks like intertrigo
Wear loose clothes
apply eumosone-M cream locally twice daily
tab levosiz 5 mg at bedtime
apply Clotrin powder on the groins
Review after 2 weeks
