Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Penis

Hi i have an uncircumcised penis about 3 days ago it became sore. I thought maybe this was due to friction or rubbing. It thought maybe the fore skin was just swollen as this has happened in the past. I felt it today and it felt like maybe there was a bump inside. I kind of squeezed it and i felt a pop, however no puss came out and it looks like a blood blister now. it is very tiny. should i be concerned?

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not it can be a bacterial infection - share a picture for confirmation. Local antibiotic cream can help you.
