Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Toe Nail

I hit my toe monday and i went to the emergency room and cleaned it and wrapped it. I've been cleaning it with neosprine and poroxide and letting it air out is that good. It's cut on the to and cut open on side will heal on its own i can kinda wiggel the toe nail on its own.
