Hi, I've got some white patches on my tongue for some years now,whenever i eat peppery foods it turns into a sore and makes me uncomfortable, Pls doctor what is the best advice for me?I am 25years old,i weigh 65kg,i rarely fall sick which makes me not to have a medical history,i'm 5ft 11inch,a female too

White patches in tongue could be due to candidiasis(fungal infection),avoid too much peppery /spicy food. You can take take nystatin mouth washes and see for any relief
