Hello I am a 47 year old female. Every so often it feels like my labia is splitting from the supporting making painful cracks. I am not sexually active. In the last few days I noticed my panties were uncomfortable due to a pink swelling from the bottom of the vagina to the anus. Upon inspection the skin is peeling and raw. Please help me-my doctor is my neighbour and I don t want to go and see him;]
