Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Vagina

Good evening Doc Please the skin of my labia minora is not smooth (rough and folded flesh) as it used to be. It is rough and has some breakage and this is seen more on the left labia than the right. This has also caused my clitoris to seperate into two. Both sides of the labia are not connected any more to the clitoris. I have been to a skin Dr she said there is nothing wrong.
