Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Vagina

I have recently been diagnosed with gardneralla yesterday. However my symptoms continue to worsen. I was treating it as a yeast infection at first using Monistat 3 day treatments, but come to find out it was not a yeast infection. My vagina is swollen so bad that it hurts to sit to urinate. It burns when i urinate, and it even hurts to touch it with water/wash it in the shower. What is going on!? Im in soo much pain.
