Suggest Remedy For Soreness, Itching And Lumps In Vagina

this is a bit embarassing but i have a problem with my vigina, its very sore, itchy and has two little lumps on it. it really hurts to go to the toilet and touch. i thought it was warts but have been sleeping with the same person for the last 3 years. can you help?
