Suggest Remedy For Spots In Skin

I have spots that appeared on my skin 4 days ago and they re on the top left of my back, a little bit on my forearms, and under my biceps. They look very similar to acne but they get inchy if I scratch them like poison ivy, not too sure what this may be.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
3. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
4. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
