Suggest Remedy For Spots On Arms
Hello, For the past two years I have occassionaly developed dark purple spots on my lower arms. Only one or two at a time, and then they disappear after a few days. I have not bumped or bashed my arms so what could this be? Otherwise I am very healthy.

spontaneous bruising is not sinister in any sense. You can take Tab vit C 500 mg twice daily for 3 months
